NO-RETURN POLICY (PRINT-ON-DEMAND WORKBOOKS + MADE-TO-ORDER APPAREL) — SHOPIFY STORE

ALL SALES FINAL
Because our workbooks are printed on demand and our clothing is made-to-order, ALL SALES are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these items once an order has been placed.

WHY WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS
Each workbook and apparel item is created specifically for your order (print-on-demand / made-to-order). For quality control, hygiene, and because items cannot be resold, we cannot take them back.

EXCEPTIONS (WE’LL MAKE IT RIGHT)
We will replace the item (or issue a refund at our discretion) only if:
1) You received the wrong item, OR
2) The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted.
